A little bit fancy, treat yourself to a pairing of some of the best vintages of premium Hunter Valley Semillon perfectly paired with traditional Japanese Sashimi, prepared by local restaurant, and our friendly neighbours, Oishii. Yum!

Your experience will include tastings of our icon wine; 2016, 2014 and 2022 UNO Semillon paired with a selection of freshly prepared tuna, kingfish and salmon carpaccio. Seated on your own table, swirl like no one's watching whilst one of our knowledgeable staff members guides you through the tasting experience.
