All the varieties are sourced from single regions in Australia’s premier wine-growing areas and the end result is magnificent, luxurious, artisan wine developed with love and care. This year’s Pewter is exceptional in quality and is sourced from a single vineyard in the Hunter Valley, Blackberry vineyard. The grapes were picked in the cool of the night and transported to the winery to be crushed, de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel barrels. Once fermentation was complete, the wine is then clarified and bottled to ensure optimum freshness.
